If you’re reading this, it means that you’re one step closer to joining the team at D.H.L. Travel as a Disney-focused Travel Planner! We’re very excited to have you!

Now that you have completed both the Travel Planner Contract and the W-9 Form, it’s time to move to the next step, which is to complete the initial start-up costs. As mentioned in the Travel Planner Contract, the initial Administrative Cost is $350. This includes coverage of E&O Insurance as a working Travel Planner, a custom business email, and other admin tasks to get you started.

Below is your option for making this payment. The method is securely with PayPal. Once you complete the $350, next complete the $10/month cost below is for access to the Client Management Software. Once both of these steps are completed, you will soon receive your next email about starting your training as a Travel Planner with D.H.L. Travel!

Client Management Software

D.H.L. Travel uses a client management software called Vacation Creations to track sales, commissions, reservations, and clients. This is required and is $10/month for each user (or $120 upfront per year). Please select below if you would like this to be a reoccurring monthly charge or an upfront yearly payment.
