How To Transfer Your Reservation

2. Complete the Form
Fill out all required fields, including:
- Your reservation number
- Guest names
- Travel details
3. Sign the Form
Be sure to sign and date the form where indicated.
4. Send It to Your Travel Planner
Email the completed form directly to your D.H.L. Travel planner.
⚠️ Important:
- Transfers must be completed within 30 days of booking
- The reservation must be paid in full or have an active deposit
- Once transferred, all changes and support will go through your travel planner
